Mr. Matos received his BSc degree in agronomic engineering and his M.Sc. degre in agronomy, both from University of Sao Paulo, “Luiz de Queiroz” College of Agriculture (ESALQ/USP). With 15 years of experience in agribusiness, he was Executive Director of the Brazilian Agribusiness Association (Abag). He worked for Getulio Vargas Foundation, project management, and Bayer S.A, in the government affairs area.

About This Talk

Presented in collaboration with the Embassy of Brazil in Ottawa. The Brazilian Coffee Exporters Council is a private organization that brings together 121 members and more than 90% of Brazilian coffee exports. Marcos will chat about the national coffee production in Brazil and how the growth of their market share in the global trade has strong foundations of quality and sustainability.
